  1. 1acorn squash
  2. 2 tbsphoney
  3. 1 dashginger
  4. 1drizzle of vegetable oil
  5. 1salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and remove seeds from squash.

    Medium dice squash

  3. 3

    Toss with vegetable oil. Season with ginger. Add salt. Add honey. Toss

  4. 4

    Roast at 350º for approximately 25 minutes or until squash is caramelized and tender

  5. 5

    Variations; Maple syrup, brown sugar, white pepper, basil, rum.
