  2. 2 tbspLime juice (30 g, microwave 15 seconds if frozen)
  3. 2 tbspCilantro chopped (10 g)
  4. 1/4 tspKosher salt
  5. 1/4 cupRed onions, diced (40 g)

    Mix the cilantro with lime juice. Add the onions and coat well. Let rest a little

    Mash the avocados roughly with a fork. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Do not mash too much
