Ingredients

10 mins
8 servings
  1. 4boneless, skinless chicken breast halves. i slice them thin to double them
  2. 5 tsptaco seasoning
  3. 3 cupsalsa
  4. 1 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  5. 2 packagesritz crackers
  6. 1sour.cream(optional)

Cooking Instructions

10 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

Grab a large glass baking.dish and spray it with nonstick cooking spray

  3. 3

Grab your.chicken and slice it in half into two thinner pieces. Once you've done that grab a large bowl and put in your taco seasoning with olive oil and toss it around till its evenly spread to all the chicken.

  4. 4

U can add pepper if you want

  5. 5

Line.each chicken side by side in the baking dish. Pour the salsa all over the top, sides, everywhere to coat all the chicken. I like it.covered so u can barely see it.

  6. 6

Put.it in the oven for 35 minute or more till the juices run clean. Or like.I do to check it. Slice a small hole to pull back and look in the thickest piece of chicken. If.it's white you can take it out. Now get your cheese and.Ritz. smash Ritz crackers all over the top nice and thick. All over. Yum. Now add your shredded cheese all over the crackers and top of chicken. As much as you want. Pop it back into the.oven for.five minutes.

  7. 7

Now you can enjoy the best chicken ever. Woot woot. :-p enjoy guys. This is the best.

  8. 8

    Best served over rice.
