Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmatki
  2. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tbspkanda lasun masala
  5. 2 tbspmilk
  6. 1onion paste
  7. 1/2tomato paste
  8. Salt
  9. For garnish
  10. 1Onion chopped
  11. 1Sev
  12. 2Pav
  13. 1 tspLemon juice
  14. Fried papad

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it.

    Later add onion tomato paste and cook it until it reduces water. Add all masala

  3. 3

    Now add sprouted matki. And salt with 2 cup of water and bring it to boil for 4-5 minutes.

    Now once you see oil on top serve it. Serve it with pav, and garnish it with onion, sev, lemon and fried papad
