Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled maize
  2. 1 bunchspinach
  3. 1.5 kgpotatoes
  4. Salt
  5. 2large onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and wash them well

  2. 2

    Mix maize and potatoes and boil the mixture until they are well cooked.add salt to taste

  3. 3

    Wash spinach and cut.

  4. 4

    Boil spinach separately and once cooked.drain the excess water and blend

  5. 5

    Drain excess water from potatoes and maize

  6. 6

    Add the blended spinach and mash well

  7. 7

    Fry onins separately until the turn golden brown

  8. 8

    Add the fried onions to the mashed mixture and mix well

  9. 9

    Serve with steamed cabbage an fried beef
