Ingredients

  1. 500 gchopped beef
  2. 1/2chopped cabbage
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. 1 tspChibundiro spice
  5. Cooking oil
  6. 1little salt
  7. 5tomatoes
  8. 1onion

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the beef till tender, drain the excess water. Chop half onion and add to the beef.

    Add oil and fry for a minute, add tomatoes then Chibundiro spice.

  3. 3

    Add salt and allow to fry for 5-10mins.

    Heat the remaining onion with oil till golden brown, add 2chopped tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Add cabbage and grated carrots and mix.

  6. 6

    Add salt and steam for 5 min.

  7. 7

    Serve your food with Ugali.
