Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked githeri
  2. 2 bunchespumpkin leaves
  3. 10potatoes
  4. 250 gbeef meat
  5. Cooking oil
  6. Tomato
  7. Onion
  8. Avocado

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your potatoes and boil in a sufuria. Meanwhile be boiling your pumpking leaves in another sufuria.

    Once the potatoes are almost cooked, add your pumpking leaves, and your cooked githeri and cover. Add a little salt to taste.

    Drain the excess water from the sufuria and start mashing all the ingridients together. Mash untill it's well combined. Cover and let it rest.

    Put a little oil in another sufuria and fry the onion. Add your meat and let it cook till soft. Once cooked, add your cut tomato and allow it to cook. Add a little water for soup.

    Serve and enjoy with Avocado.
