Scrambled eggs and fried cabbage

Mercy phoscoh @cook_9307901
My simple lunch was very satisfying and cheap. I didn't have to spend a lot but I was very satisfied.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place onions and cooking oil in a pan when you turn on heat.
- 2
When they start turning brown add the eggs. Let them cook and until they start turning brown then add the tomatoes.
- 3
Add salt and stir as the tomatoes soften. After they are completely soft turn off heat and set aside.
- 4
Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil. When they start turning brown add the tomatoes (1) and cover for a minute.
- 5
Crash softened tomatoes and add the cabbage. Add salt and very little water so it doesn't burn.
- 6
Stir a little then cover for 3-5 minutes then turn off heat and serve.

Greek Style Scrambled Eggs & Tomatoes (Strapatso me giaourti) Greek Style Scrambled Eggs & Tomatoes (Strapatso me giaourti)
This traditional Greek recipe has been around for ages and ages, and I have been making this for as long as I can remember, but I only knew the main ingredients this recipe called for. So, a couple of weeks ago I was watching another cooking show and it seems that they have added a new ingredient, Yogurt. I thought to myself what a delicious idea adding yogurt it will absolutely give it a bit of a twist, and so I bookmarked the recipe to make at a later date.I headed into the kitchen this morning, and had to see for myself if the taste is as good with the yogurt. I almost always have yogurt in the refrigerator, eggs, tomatoes, hmmm had all the necessary ingredients and was ready to get started on the recipe. When it was done I was so curious about the taste, so I took a fork, dipped into it and oh myyyyy, it is absolutely scrumptious. 🙂I hope you enjoy this delightful, tasty, morning, brunch, lunch and even dinner recipe because I surely did. 🙂 Foodzesty -
