    First you boil the peas and put them aside

    Then you wash the beef and put it in a sufuria until it turn golden brown

    You put oil and stir...and then put onion....make sure they turn golden brown

    After stiring you put tomatoes,dhania and hoho u stir until they give a thick soup...then add salt and chilli sauce

    You cover until you sure your beef is cooked

    Then you put peas add little water and leave to cook

  7. 7

    Check your seasoning and your stew is ready

  8. 8

    You measure water according ti your serving and leave to boil...then you out 3/4of tumeric in a table spoon...and leave to boil...after the water has boiled you put rice and leave to cook

    Check the rice and if cooked...the food is ready for serving
