No bake peanut butter bars

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 cupGraham crackers
  2. 1/4 cupwalnuts
  3. 1/2 cupCoconut
  4. 1/3 cuppeanut butter
  5. 1/4 cupnon dairy chocolate chips
  6. 5 tbspAlmond milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop walnuts and graham crackers

  2. 2

    Mix milk and chocolate chips together in a pan on low heat until smooth.

  3. 3

    Mix coconut, peanut butter, graham crackers and walnuts in a bowl adding a little milk at a time to get all off the mixture to stick together

  4. 4

    Spread mixture in 9x9 pan and cover with the melted chocolate and refrigerate for one hour

  5. 5

    Cut them into squares and enjoy
