I just had to have this wholesome meal esp. when trying the Dr. Oz diet drinks for breakfast and lunch. :hungry

Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breast, boneless/skinless
  2. 8 tbspfresh garlic, minced
  3. 4 largelemons, juiced
  4. 4 tbspsriracha sauce
  5. 4 tbspWorcestershire sauce, low sodium
  6. 4 tbspsoy sauce, low sodium
  7. 4 tbspitalian seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to a container to marinate

  2. 2

    After about 30 minutes take just chicken out and place on high in saucepan till it sears on both sides

  3. 3

    Place marinate in the pan with chicken and lower heat.

  4. 4

    Cover and simmer until moisture is absorbed and chicken is cooked all the way through

  5. 5

    Serve with a side(s) and Enjoy!
