Emma @cook_2997052
My first attempt at making pulled pork was an absolute success. Tastes almost like ribs, but much juicier!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place your pork tenderloin in an oven proof pot.
- 2
Grate your garlic cloves and rub it into the pork tenderloin.
- 3
Rub smoked paprika powder into the pork tenderloin.
- 4
Dice the onions and place them in the pot with the pork tenderloin.
- 5
Cover with bbq sauce. Put on the lid and make sure it is closed.
- 6
Cook in the oven at 125°F celsius/255F for 5,5 hours.
- 7
Take out your pot and remove the lid. Using to forks, pull the meat apart.
- 8
Serve with tortillas, vegetables and a sauce of your chosing.

Pulled Pork Pulled Pork
This is a mish-mosh of a couple recipes. And I've done it with both a pressure cooker and crock pot and worked out great with either method. I love coleslaw on my pulled pork sandwich but if you want it on the side, that's fine. If you don't want it at all, that's fine too!! As always thank you to my photographer husband Mike to make it look picture perfect!! kokomayla -
