Ingredients

  2. 4Eggs
  3. 1 cupVegetable oil
  4. 2/3 cupWater
  5. 3 cupSugar
  6. 3 1/2 cupFlour
  7. 2 tspBaking soda
  8. 1 1/2 tspSalt
  9. 1 tbspGround cinnamon
  10. 1 tspGround nutmeg
  11. 1/2 tspGround cloves
  12. 1/4 tspGround ginger
  13. 1/2 cupWalnuts (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two loaf pans.

    Mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until well blended.

    In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture until just combined.

    Fold in walnuts.

    Pour into your prepared loaf pans and bake for about 50-55 mins
