Cooking Instructions

Mix sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl.

Add pumpkin to mixture and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and cloves. Add this to pumpkin mixture in intervals.

Add water to mixture if it seems too thick.
- 5
Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Should produce two loaves.

Got fresh pumpkin in the fridge. Made this bread for snack/breakfast.Easy, fast and yummy.
