  1. 10 largeeggs
  2. 1 canbeer(330ml)
  3. 30 gramssugar(30grams)
  4. 5 mllight soysauce(5ml)
  5. 5 gramssalt(5grams)
  6. 5 mldark soysauce(5ml)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    boil eggs in salted water for 8mins

  2. 2

    peel eggs and use a knife to lightly cut on the surface for good absorption

  3. 3

    mix beer,salt,sugar,soysauce in a deep small pot

  4. 4

    put in eggs and boil untill sauce almost boiled away, stir occationally

  5. 5

    there should still be 1/4 of the sauce left when you finish cooking

wow this looks delicious for our hmong recipe we have similar eggs like that but it's with pork yummy though :hungry
