Marinated Tomato and Cucumber

I wanted to eat something refreshing and tart t complement a rich dish.

I am too lazy to boil water, so I peel tomatoes like apples. It's easy to peel this way.
If cucumber becomes too salty, wash it once and squeeze out the water.
It's also delicious to add julienned shiso leaves. For 4 servings. Recipe by honeymit

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2Tomatoes
  2. 2Cucumber
  3. 1Salt
  4. 2 tbsp☆Vinegar
  5. 1less than 1 tablespoon ☆ Soy sauce
  6. 4 tbsp☆Dashi stock

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the ☆ seasoning ingredients.

    Slice the cucumber with a slicer, rub with salt and leave until wilts.

  3. 3

    Cut the tomatoes into wedges and peel the skin. Of course you can peel by immersing in hot water and cut afterwards.

  4. 4

    Add the squeezed cucumbers and tomatoes in step 3 into the bowl in Step 1. Mix it all and it is done.
