  1. 7peeled bananas
  2. 4large peeled potatoes
  3. 1 bunchcoriander
  4. 2large chopped onions
  5. 4chopped tomatoes
  6. Garlic
  7. Ginger
  8. Cooking oil

  10. 1/2 kgmeat
  11. Salt

    Preheat the cooking oil n a sufuria at a low heat

    Add onions n stir till they are golden brown

    Add tomatoes salt n cuk until they mek a thick paste

    Add the bananas n potatoes n stir n allow it 2 cuk for four minutes

    Add water and allow it 2 boil until water dries up

    Dhen mashed it until da mixture s smooth n last lastly add da chopped coriander and mix well

    Boil ur beef n a sufuria for 10 minutes

    Add crushed garlic n ginger into da boiling meat 2 mek it soft

    After the water has evaporated add cuking oil n stir 4 a few minutes until da beef turns golden brown

    Add some salt stir dhen put the onions n cuk for 30 second

    Add da tomatoes n seamer until da tomatoes are soft add some little water n let boil for 4 minutes

    Ready 2 serve
