Ingredients

  1. Fresh tomatoes and peppers
  2. Salt
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. 2Onions
  5. 3tablespoonfuls of curry
  6. Thyme
  7. Rosemary
  8. 1Gino tomato and pepper paste
  9. Boiled pork meat
  10. 3royco cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the blended fresh tomatoes and peppers until all water is dried. Then add veg oil to fry to paste

    Add onions and salt to simmer for 5 Minuets. Add curry, thyme and rosemary and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add Gino tomatoes and pepper paste and let simmer for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the stock from boiling the pork meat and after 5 minutes add the boiled pork meat. Allow to cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
