1 1/2 ozlime juice
2 ozprickly pear syrup
ice
prickly pear syrup
2 1/2 lbprickly pears (cactus fruit)
1/2 cupwater
1 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

mix all the ingredients for the Margarita with some ice

garnish the rim of a nice shaped glass with brown sugar and a little bit of salt. Enjoy!
