Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsBrown beans,
  2. 2 ballsof Onions
  3. Chilli,
  4. 1 sachet of tomato,
  5. 3 Chicken cubes
  6. Palm oil,
  7. salt,
  8. Cray fish,
  9. Cinnamon powder,
  10. Turmeric
  11. Makreal Fish,

Cooking Instructions

    Put water in a pot, at least enough water to cook the beans, wash the beans then pour it into the water on your stove

    Cut one ball of onion into the beans, cover the lid to boil

  3. 3

    Intermittently check the beans to see if it's almost ready

  4. 4

    When it's almost ready add a little salt into it just to change the taste

  5. 5

    Bring it down when it's ready, there should be a little water left in the beans.

    Take a fry pan, put palm oil 5 cooking spoons or it depends on how you like oil in your food

  7. 7

    When oil is hot, put your satchet tomato, sauté it for like 5 mins, pour your chilli and sauté it until you don't smell the rawness of the chilli, then add your MacrealFish and the chicken cubes and cook for another 10 mins

    Then slice a ball of onion into it and leave for about 5 mins to cook

    Then add a quarter of teaspoon of Turmeric and cinnamon to it, Please grind your crayfish and pour into it too

    Add little water to it and sauté for another 5mins

    Take your already cooked beans and pour it into the sauce in the pan and sauté it, taste it and add salt to taste, leave it for another 5mins then bring it down for serving.

    Slice your Plantain add a little salt to it and fry
