  • 1 cupchopped beans
  • 4 largePotatoes,sliced
  • 2Green plaintain,sliced
  • 1 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 4Chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbspRefined oil
  • 1Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in the pan.Add Cumin seeds to it and sauté.

  2. 2

    Add potatoes,plaintain,green chillies,beans to the pan.add salt to it and mix them.Leave it for 15 minutes.Sauté in between for few seconds and leave them to cook.

  3. 3

    Serve them hot.
