Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchasparagus; trimmed and cut in half
  2. 6 slicebacon; medium dice
  3. 1/2yellow onion; medium dice
  4. 1salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Render fat from bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.

    Add asparagus and onion. Season. Toss.

  3. 3

    Cook until tender. Approximately 5-8 minutes.

    Garnish with crispy bacon.

    Variations; Lemon, garlic, roasted bell peppers, white wine
