the bacon makes the waffle pop.
more bacon the better, i put a strip.crumble or two strips will make this even more of a bacon taste. i just used one.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 1/2 tbspsugar
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2/3 cupmilk
  5. 1/4 cupcanola or veg ,oil or butter melted
  6. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  7. 2 largeeggs separated
  8. 8 slicebacon cooked

Cooking Instructions

    in a medium bowl, sift flour and salt together....

    in a other bowl, combine the egg yolks, milk, oil and vanilla.

    make a hole in the center of flour mix, and pour wet ingredients.stir well until the batter is smooth.....

    in a bowl and a electric mixer, or a hand mixer, beat the egg whites until soft and foamy.slowly add sugar, while beating, until a stiff peaks form.

    until mixed good but gently.

    ready to use or this can be refrigerated up to one hour.

    make sure ur waffle iron is ready to use, u may lightly grease if necessary.ladle about a half a cup of batter into waffle iron the waffle iron may very, may have to add a little or a little less...

    now put ur cooked bacon on top of batter, in a strip or crumbs. close top let cook untill a golden brown.repeat until all batter is cooked.

    to keep them nice and warm till all are cooked,, put cooked waffle on a h..heatproof plate cover with foil, ......enjoy a good waffle yummy.
