Squash Casserole

I love Boston Markets squash casserole. So I decided to recreate.
Cooking Instructions

Mix. Cornbread as directed.

Dice onion, yellow sqaush and zucchini
- 3
Boil the veggies until tender. Risen in cold water.

Once cornbread is cool. Crumble cornbread. Mix in veggies, cheese, and chicken broth. Add thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place in a grease baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes on 350°F.
- 6
Allow to cool and serve.

I wanted to add more vegetables to my diet. So I thought of making a vegetable casserole for a dinner. I wanted the casserole to have three components: vegetables, a sauce, and a topping. After some research I came up with this recipe. I thought the flavoring of the potato and zucchini and squash would go really good together. It's also flexible. You can add to or change the squash to another vegetable. I've added broccoli.I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did. My family even had seconds on this so it was a great success. Bon Appétit!
