Ingredients

1 lbsquash (sliced in rounds or chopped)
1small onion, chopped
1 tspminced garlic
2large eggs (beaten)
1/2 cupbread crumbs
1/2 cupshredded cheese
1salt (to taste)
1black pepper (to taste)

Steps

Boil until squash is tender using just enough water to cover ingredients then drain and put in a medium-sized bowl

Stir all ingredients and pour into 8x8 casserole dish.

Optional - Sprinkle bread crumbs and shredded cheese on top of casserole.

Bake 30 minutes at 345°F.
