Ingredients

  1. 6large apples cut into chunks
  2. 4 tspground cinnamon
  3. 1 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  4. 1juice from 1 lime
  5. 1enough water to cover half the depth of the apples in pan

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to pan and bring to boil stirring occasionally.

    Lower temp to medium heat, then let cook until chunks of apples start falling apart. About 1Hour

  3. 3

    Then using a potato smasher smash until no chunks left.

  4. 4

    Place in plastic container with lid in refridgerator until ready to serve..

  5. 5

    ATTN: this is not a canning recipe, will last in refridgerator for up to 1 week....
