Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 28 ozdiced tomatoes
  2. 1 largehead of cabbage
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspground black pepper
  5. 2 tbspred wine vinegar
  6. 1/2 stickbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the cabbage and tear apart. Heat butter in a big pan.

    add cabbage to butter. add salt, pepper, and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Simmer, stirring occasionally. till cabbage is soft but still with snap. Add red wine vinegar just before serving. Hope you enjoy!
