Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. Salt
  3. 3 piecesfresh pepper
  4. 2medium sized carrots
  5. 1cucumber
  6. 1/4 kgfresh tomatoes
  7. 1 teaspooncurry
  8. 2maggi cubes
  9. 1/2 kgchicken
  10. 2 piecesgarlic
  11. 2 piecesginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the chicken.spice up with onion,curry,salt and maggi.boil for 20mins.

    Parboil rice for 10mins.

  3. 3

    Blend the pepper,ginger,garlic and fresh pepper.

  4. 4

    Wash and cut the cucumber and carrots.

  5. 5

    Boil all the blended things till no water again.

  6. 6

    Pour in groundnutoil,fry for 20mins and stir at intervals.

  7. 7

    Slice onion and pour in fry for 2mins.pour in the chicken with the stock.

  8. 8

    Boil for 5mins.then add salt,curry and maggi.
