Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchcilantro; chiffonade
  2. 1avocado; diced
  3. 2roma tomatoes; diced
  4. 1/2red onion; minced
  5. 4limes; juiced and zested
  6. 1 pinchof salt

Cooking Instructions

    Add all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Store in a an air tight container with no extra space or air to prevent the avocado from oxidizing. Allow flavors to blend and marinate at least overnight.

    Use as a topping for tacos, tortas, tostadas, burritos, salads, and more!

    Variations; Spanish onion, epazote, agave, corn, pineapple, black beans, fennel, celery, vinegar, tequila, grapefruit, lemon
