Ingredients

  1. mixture
  2. 12 ozcaster sugar
  3. 8 ozbutter
  4. 4 tbspsyrup
  5. 1 cancondensed milk
  6. 15 ozdigestive biscuit
  7. topping
  8. 1 packageschocolate

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    melt together sugar, butter, syrup, condensed milk and boil gently for 5-8 mins until golden.

  2. 2

    crush biscuits and add to mixture. add more biscuits if mixture too sloppy

  3. 3

    press into tin 12-14 inch

  4. 4

    cover with melted chocolate if desired
