Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsElbow Noodles
  2. 1/4 cupParmesan Cheese
  3. 3 1/2 cupsColby Jack Cheese
  4. 1/4 cupChopped Parsley
  5. 1 cupHeavy Cream
  6. 2 tbspGarlic Powder
  7. 2 tbspOnion Powder
  8. 1 tbspSalt
  9. 1 tspPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Bowl your noodles, about 9 minutes.

    In a medium pot, bring heavy cream to a slight boil. After pan starts to smoke a little bring the heat down just a notch and start adding all but 1/2 cup of your cheese a little bit at a time, whisking constantly.

    After cheese is smooth and melted add your garlic and onion powder as well as salt and pepper. Then set aside for a moment.

    After 9 minutes poor pasta in a strainer. Poor pasta and cheese sauce into a casserole dish. Mix well and top the rest of your cheese and Parsley.

    Place dish in oven at 350 degrees for 14 minutes, cooling for 2 minutes then serve.
