Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1/2 kgfresh tomatoes
  3. 5fresh pepper
  4. 1medium size of onion
  5. Salt
  6. 1 sachetseasoning
  7. 2Maggi cubes
  8. 1/4groundnut oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil rice for 15mins,bring down and wash with clean water.

    Place a dry pot on fire,add groundnut oil.then sliced onions and blended tomatoes and pepper.

    Allow to fry very well taste to make sure the taste is cool then add water and Maggi and the seasoning and salt.

    Allow to boil very well add the parboiled rice.let the rice boil till the water drys.then slice fresh tomato on top.ready to serve.
