Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsEgusi
  2. 1/2 kgUgu
  3. Salt
  4. 4cksp Palm oil
  5. 1/2cksp Ofo
  6. 1Smoked fish
  7. 1/4 kgBeef
  8. 2cksp Crayfish
  9. Small bunch leaf Uziza
  10. HandfulUgu
  11. 2 cubesKnorr
  12. 4fresh pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the egusi,bedone the smoked fish and boil the beef with salt and onion.

    Fry the egusi with palmoil for 5minutes with continuous stirring.

  3. 3

    Pour in the beef with the stock and stir.boil it for 2mins with more water added.

    Cook it and add the grinded ofo stir it vigourously to dissolve it well.

    After 5minutes,add grinded crayfish,pepper,salt,knorr cubes,

    Wash and slice the uziza and ugu leaves.add both together and stir.put off the heat after 1minute
