Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cupsugar
  2. 2 cupsflour
  3. 4 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 cupchopped pecans
  6. 2/3 cupfinely cut dried apricots
  7. 1egg, beaten
  8. 1 cupmilk
  9. 2 tbspmelted shortening

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together sugar, flour, baking powder, & salt.

    Add pecans & apricots. Stir.

  3. 3

    Add eggs, milk, & shortening. Mix just until combined.

  4. 4

    Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

    Let stand 20 minutes.

  6. 6

    Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
