Ingredients

  1. 4thin cut, skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1 1/2 tbspgarlic powder
  3. 1 1/2 tbsponion powder
  4. 1 1/2 tspsmoked paprika
  5. 2 cupbuttermilk
  6. 2 tspsalt
  7. 1bread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Slice each breast into 1/2 to 3/4 inch strips, should yield 12-20 depending on breast size and size of slices

    Place chicken strips in a large bowl, pour buttermilk over them, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour

    Put seasoning in a ziplock bag, drain chicken strips and place in bag, seal and shake to coat evenly

    Just like you did with the seasoning, put bread crumbs and strips in a ziplock bag, seal and shake to coat evenly

    Heat 1/2 an inch of oil in skillet over medium heat

  6. 6

    Fry strips 2 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Don't walk away here, the magic happens quickly

  7. 7

    Drain excess oil on paper towels then enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce
