Oh how I love frying this fish with palm oil
Cooking Instructions

Wash fish and set aside to drain; wash and blend onions and pepper and pour over the fish and spice with salt and knorr cube and let it rest over night or for a couple of hour to marinate

Heat up palm oil in a frying pan and once the oil is hot, fry fish and drain in a paper towel once the fish is fried through
- 3
Serve with drinking garri or serve with rice and stew or jollof rice or just enoy it alone
