  1. 1 packagesporkchop
  2. 1flour
  3. 1/2onion
  4. 1 slicebutter
  5. 1 cupof water and vege oil
  6. 1seasoning you prefer

    while seasoning the chops add oil into frying pan on medium heat

  2. 2

    after seasoning put chops in flour lightly oil should be hot by then.

    cook on each side for 8 to 10 min or until half way cooked take chops out put them on plate.

    turn it on medium low add chopped onions make sure u pour half of the oil out before onions stir onion add slice butter stir add four table spoon of flour or three.

    stir until brown add water until it thins out add a little season to the gravy for taste I prefer season salt add chops let them cook for about 20- 25 min

    cover and let simmer meat will be tender may have to add more water if it gets to thick serve with rice mash potatoes and vegetables.
