  11. 2 tbspginger
  12. 2 tbspgarlic
  13. 6 tbspcurry powder
  14. 6 tbspchilli powder
  15. 6 eachdried chillies
  16. 3 tbsprice bran margerine
  17. 1stock chicken
  18. 3 tbsphabenero sauce
  19. 1 dashlemon juice
  20. 1 tbspsalt
  21. 1 pinchpepper

Cooking Instructions

    preheat 5 liter pressure cooker on high

  2. 2

    add cooking oil to cover base of pot

  3. 3

    mix spices together for 2 minutes in pot

  4. 4

    prep main veges into a bowl

  5. 5

    add veges

  6. 6

    add chilli beans

  7. 7

    add cranberries and coconut creme

  8. 8

    add rice

  9. 9

    add water, until just below top

  10. 10

    close and seal lid on pressure cooker, set to high

  11. 11

    when steam whistles out of top, turn off heat

  12. 12

    wait 30 minutes

  13. 13

    serve, have milk or yogurt ready if too hot.
