Spicy Curry Chicken

I wanted to make a baked dish that would go well with beer.
After rubbing the marinade into the chicken, you can freeze it just like that. Let it defrost naturally and then continue on with the recipe.
When scraping off the paste, lightly scrape it off the more fleshy areas. Hold a pair of tongs in your right hand and use your left hand to scrape off the paste into a plastic bag so that your hands don't get dirty. Recipe by Setsubunhijiki

Steps
- 1
Put all of the ingredients, except for the chicken, into a plastic bag and mix them together. Then add the chicken and rub the sauce in thoroughly.
- 2
Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 to 1 1/2 days. Occasionally rub the mixture into the chicken so that the meat is completely coated.
- 3
Lightly scrape off the sauce, and bake it for 10 minutes on the lower rack in an oven set to 220°C. Then flip them over and bake it for another 10 minutes.
