I decided to make chocolate chip cookies once and used the first recipe Google threw at me. It turned out to be the best chocolate chip cookies I'd ever had. They are very soft and moist. I would compare them to Subway cookies but not as flat.I kept making these often-requested cookies for a few years for all of my friends and family but then disaster struck! The recipe was removed from the app!Fortunately I had previously emailed the recipe to someone so now I'm re-posting this recipe for everyone to enjoy.

Since childhood biscuits were the most disliked snack for me until these yumm coconut butter cookies I had tasted which my uncle presented me.Ever since I would love to bake them but time came when I became a mom of lovely three sons.My kids just love them and in no time all cookies disappear from the jar. Low sugar sugar cookies?! Who thought of this?! Me.... actually I got an idea from Instagram and made my own recipe from my grandmothers sugar cookie recipe! 🤣.... I know, I’m sooo original!I have a horrible addiction to sugar.... HORRIBLE! But who can’t love sugar? Anyway.. I’m always trying to find ways to lowwwww my sugar eating. These cookies are a good way!I’m a pastry chef so I make foods with sugar in them! It’s hard not to bake without sugar... and when I am on a diet for “no sugar” it’s hard not to cook!! These are a perfect low sugar to no sugar cookie recipe! Give them a try and you’ll see what I’m talking about!

I make these cookies for friends that deserve them. Easy to use a cookie cutter on. Easy to make.

I adapted this recipe from 2 peas and their pod.. the family said they are the best cookies they ever had! And not to share the recipe. Because they should be a secret. Lol. So here ya go! I'm sharing! ;) these are slightly crispy on outside and soft and gooey in the middle.. yum

Super easy recipe to make, kids loved these cookies; crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Will have to try adding craisins to the recipe next time...
