Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place the whipping cream and butter in a heat proof bowl, on top of boiling water.
- 2
Mix the two ingredients and remove the mixture from the heat after about two minutes.
- 3
Pour the heated mixture onto the bitterweet chocolate in a bowl, and mix the chocolate while it melts. Make sure that there are no chocolate chunks left in the chocolate mixture.
- 4
When the mixing is done, leave it too cool. After awhile, cover the bowl of mixture, and chill it in the fridge for at leat 4 hours.
- 5
When the chocolate is set, scoop out the chilled chocolate mixture into bite sizes and roll them into cocoa powder in a tray.
- 6
The chocolate truffles can be eaten immediately or be kept refrigerated after all is done.
- 7
You can also have these tiny confections be wrapoed in chocolate foils or wrappings as you wish.
