Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupbutter/margarine Softened
  2. 3/4 cupgranulated sugar
  3. 3/4 cuppacked light brown sugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 1 tspground cinnamon
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspbaking soda
  10. 3 cupquick cooking/regular rolled oats
  11. 1 3/4 cup(11oz. pkg.) Hershey's butterscotch chips

Cooking Instructions

    Heat Oven 375

    Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar in large blow until well blended

    Add

    Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt gradually

  5. 5

    Blend well. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.

  6. 6

    Drop into ungreased cookies sheet. 8-10mins until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy. Makes about 4 dozens

Made them with a modification of peanut butter chips when I discovered the butterscotch we’re gone. Taste great.
