Ingredients

  1. Tilapia
  2. 1orange
  3. 1Lime
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tsppepper
  6. 1 packagesTilapia
  7. 1Lime
  8. 1 bunchcilantro
  9. 1/4 cupPurple onion
  10. 2 cupFresh diced mangos
  11. 1/4 cupDiced tomatoes
  12. 1/3 cloveGreen Onions
  13. 1 pinchground cumin
  14. 1 tspsalt
  15. 1 ozOptional Jalapeno

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate tiliapia with squeezed orange Juice and lime Juice. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate Tilapia for 30 minutes. Place Tilapia in pan. Cook in oven for 6 mins on 350 heat.

    Combine chopped vegetables with chopped mango. Squeeze fresh lime juice. Add pinch of cumin and salt. If you like spicy food add jalapeño chili pepper
