So I have been making this for years for just about every event/party I can just to have an excuse to make it because I think it tastes so amazing and everyone else has loved it . Over the years though it has received many tweaks and additions because I am always trying to get it perfect. But this is the latest tweak to it and I think the last. This is an amazing dip for crackers chips or my favorite as a filling for my own twist on crab rangoon

Ingredients

  1. 8 ozcream cheese
  2. 4 ozsour cream
  3. 2 1/2 tsplemon juice
  4. 2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  5. 3 tsptabasco
  6. 6 ozsmall shrimp
  7. 1 1/2 tbspchopped onion
  8. 1 packagespre cooked bacon (oscar mayer works great) but any will work
  9. 2green onions chopped
  10. 1 cupcocktail sauce
  11. 1 1/2 tbspminced garlic
  12. 1 1/2 tsppowdered ginger
  13. 1 tbspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcester sauce, Tabasco, garlic, sugar, ginger In a mixing bowl on low

    Now chop bacon and shrimp you want to get the bacon chopped as small as possible I used a food processor it incorporates better into the mix this last time I also processed the shrimp too made for a much smoother end product just depends on if you like it smooth or chunky

    At this point onion and green onion in food processor

    Now add bacon shrimp and onions to mixing bowl and mix till all the lumps are smoothed out

  5. 5

    Them add cocktail sauce to mixing bowl

  6. 6

    Now let set up in fridge for an hour or 2
