This is one of my all time favorite crockpot recipes...super easy and finger licking good :)

Simple recipe that's quick to throw together and tastes great. The roast turns out really tender and has a sweeter taste. Goes well with stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes, etc.

I make pork Roast the same way my sister Deanie taught me how to make beef chuck roast . . .Except I use the crock pot instead of a covered iron skillet.(Either will work by the way!)
