I love Jalapeño Poppers and I love Deviled Eggs! Why not combine them!! These little devils (sorry for the pun) are so tasty and only a tad bit spicy. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 6Hardboiled Eggs
  2. 5 Tbssoftened cream cheese
  3. 3 stripscooked Bacon (crunchy)
  4. 3 TbsLight Mayo
  5. 2 Tspfinely diced Red Onion
  6. 2 Tspfinely diced Jalapeño Pepper
  7. 1-2 pinchesSea Salt
  8. 1 dashPaprika

Cooking Instructions

    Cut eggs in half and remove yolks from eggs and place is small mixing bowl.

    Dice 2 pieces of the crunchy bacon and add to yolk along with Cream Cheese, Mayo, Onion and Jalapeño and salt to taste. Mix well.

    Carefully spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites evenly.

    Chop the remaining strip of bacon and top the eggs. Lightly sprinkle paprika over the eggs.
