  1. 2potatoes
  2. 4 mediumCarrots
  3. 1handful seitan
  4. 3 tbspbutter
  5. 1 tbspflour
  6. 3/4 cupcreamer
  7. 1Garlic Salt
  8. 1Herbs de Provence

Cooking Instructions

    Wrap potatoes in wet paper towels and microwave 3 minutes

  2. 2

    Let potatoes cool then chop them up with carrots and seitan, keep carrots separate

  3. 3

    Cook carrots for 2 minutes then add potatoes and seitan. Cook until soft.

  4. 4

    Add creamer and flower, cover and cook til thick.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle to taste with garlic salt and herbs de provence
