Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsground mutton or beef
  2. 1Chopped bell pepper
  3. 400 gramsspinach
  4. 3 tbspolive oil
  5. 2Red chili peppers
  6. 1/4 cuppaprika
  7. 4 dashground black pepper
  8. 1 canChopped tomatoes
  9. 3 tbspground ginger
  10. 3 tbspground cumin
  11. 2 tspground cinnamon
  12. 3 tspground coriander cloves
  13. 1 cupfrozen mixed vegetables
  14. 1 cupChopped broccoli
  15. 1 tspparsley leaf for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put olive oil in the pan with the ground mutton or ground beef which ever meat you prefer. ( I used ground mutton on this recipe) and cook on medium high heat on top of stove

    Add the chopped onion, bell peppers , and Chilli peppers and continuously keep stirring the mixture

  3. 3

    Add all of the seasonings and stir

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the vegetables and keep cooking on medium high heat while continuously striring until the vegetables are tender.

    After it is done serve over some cooked rice or serve it as a side dish or even make samboosa with it . Garnish with parsely
