Cooking Instructions

    Blend/grate your tomatoes, pepper and onions

    Clean the Titus fish, and tear the smoked fish into pieces

    Wash you ponmo

  4. 4

    Place pot on fire

    Add palm oil

    When it is hot, add some sliced onions and fry

    Add locust beans and fry

  8. 8

    Add the blended pepper and leave to cook for some minutes... Say 10-15mins

    Add salt, Maggi cubes

  10. 10

    Add fish, ponmo and any other thing you wish to add

  11. 11

    Leave to cook for some minutes

  12. 12

    Add the already chopped and rinsed vegetable either with hot/cold water (spinach)

  13. 13

    Stir together and leave to cook for 5mins

  14. 14

    EFO is ready
