Cooking Instructions

Rinse and drain the black beans
- 2
Drain the Mexican corn
- 3
Partially drain Rotel...or drain and reserve liquid to add back according to your liking
- 4
Chop tomatoes, cilantro and green onions
- 5
Squeeze the juice from the lime into the other ingredients
- 6
Mix all, chill and serve with tortilla chips
